HIROSHIMA CONTI-NeW FeS was born in the city of Hiroshima.
Just as Hiroshima has rebuilt and grown through the years,
and just as the many layers of ingredients come together to create
Hiroshima's beloved okonomiyaki, the city's history has been built
through countless ideas, creations, and innovations.
This history is a reflection of Hiroshima's spirit of creativity and innovation.
Building on this spirit, we CONTINUE what has been passed down
